Thornwood's David Neumann Named Honoree For ArtsWestchester's Awards

David Neumann, a choreographer from Thornwood, is among 50 outstanding artists and two art patrons who will be honored at the 2015 Arts Awards Luncheon in honor of its 50th anniversary.
