Erica Gendler earned her license to grill as one of the winners for best burgers at Westchester Magazine's Fourth Annual Burger and Beer Blast. Gendler, owner of License 2 Grill, 802 Commerce St. in Thornwood, took home third-prize for best burger at the competition held June 4 at the Kensico Dam Plaza, 1 Bronx River Parkway, Valhalla, N.Y.
