Mike Casarella and Tommy Stratis, owners of Goldfish in Ossining and Casa Rina in Thornwood, have turned the former Tino's Villa in Hawthorne into The Stone Manor 101, a 14,000-square-foot Mediterranean steakhouse and catering hall.
