Greenwich police arrest 2 on drug charges, confiscate 60 bags of heroin

Police used inside information and a bit of luck to take 60 bags of heroin off the street Monday, authorities said Wednesday. Nimrod Romero , 22, of Thornwood, N.Y., was being held after his arrest with a large cache of heroin, authorities said.
