A New York woman has a lot to be thankful for after hitting a major jackpot of nearly $1 million on a Wheel of Fortune slot machine. Linda H. of Thornwood, New York, won $961,411.81 at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway on Nov. 20 when she and her husband Eddie made an impromptu stop to gamble.
