The parents of Danroy "D.J." Henry Jr., a football player at Pace University who was killed during an encounter with police officers in 2010, have settled their civil suit against the Town of Mount Pleasant. Henry was shot and killed when a police officer knocked on the driver's side window of Henry's car as he was parked in a fire lane outside of Finnegan's Bar & Grill in Thornwood.
