The Democrat from Rye will meet local residents along with county Board of Legislators Minority Leader John Testa, a Republican from Peekskill, for a bipartisan "coffee and conversation" at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27. Earlier on Saturday, state Sen. Terrence Murphy, a Republican from Yorktown, plans to meet veterans during a pancake breakfast in Thornwood. Coffee and snacks are on George and John's tab during the Town Hall-style gathering at The Factoria at Charles Point, 5 John Walsh Blvd. in Peekskill .
