Parking officer accused of seeking sex for dropping ticket

Authorities say a White Plains parking officer has been arrested for allegedly trying to bribe a woman into performing sexual favors in order to avoid a ticket. Officials say 61-year-old Mario Carpenito, of Thornwood, was arrested on Friday following an investigation that began on Wednesday.
