Parking Officer Out On Bail In 'Sex For No Ticket' Charge In White Plains

A parking enforcement officer appeared in White Plains City Court on Wednesday on charges that he offered to drop a $20 parking ticket in exchange for 10 future acts of oral sex. Mario Carpenito Jr., 61, of Thornwood has been suspended without pay, according to a city police spokesman.
